Mei Heong Yuen Dessert: Green Tea Snow Ice

Hennie's Comment:
"You fell in love with Ice Kachang but have already tried all the different flavors, and are searching for something new? If you are, you really should go to Mei Heong Yuen Dessert where they serve Snow Ice. At first sight, it looks like ice kachang to me as it is also served as a pyramid of ice. The only difference is that it is not make of ice and syrup, but real flavored ice-cream! I would recommend the Green Tea Snow Ice as it taste really different from all the sweet desserts in Singapore."

They serves different flavors of Snow Ice - such as Green Tea, Chocolate, Sesame, etc... Just take a look at the menu yourself. Are you drooling already?

This place is recognized as a recommended choice in the Singapore “Ice Kachang” category as part of CNNGo’s Best Eats 2010 Awards! You will not regret coming over to Singapore and have a try of the desserts at Mei Heong Yuen Dessert! :)

Besides the Snow Ice, they are also famous for a lot of other deserts like their mango rolls, sago and a lot of different varieties of pastes and steamed egg pudding.

We gave the Mango Roll a try and it was good! You can just take a look at the menu we took!

The price is a little higher as compared to other place, however it is definitely worth it!

It costs $5 for a bowl of Green Tea Snow Ice, and $3 for the Mango Roll.
